  1. Definitely different, but not bad. Must be going for a different demographic.

  2. Different! It’s like Nick at Nite meets the Micky Mouse Club all wrapped into one.

  3. What demographic is that?

  4. Younger, MTV crowd. (That’s probably a bad analogy – is there an “MTV” crowd any more?) Maybe Facebook crowd? It has the feel of a web video commercial promoting/explaining a new web app like Twitter. All the new web apps have those video commercials on their welcome page.

  5. It’s such an outrageous ad I just don’t think the voters will buy it. Barnett and Mann’s ad make them look like conservatives, so the voters will wonder what Huelskamp is talking about especially because he doesn’t name names.

Huelskamp needs to call people out by name and spell out the Slattery donation and Barnett’s horrendous fiscal record to the voters.

  6. Mann’s Slattery donation has been spelled out by Wasinger and Huelskamp. I’m not picking sides, but what else is there to spell out?

    • It was spelled out on the phone, but robo calls are robo calls. Needs more repetition via TV and/or mail to drive the message home. Huelskamp certainly can afford it while it appears Mann may not have the money to defend it.

  7. I agree, robo calls are robo calls. I think Huelskamp spent some of that money on animation on his last TV spot.
