DeMint to hit Kansas

Rep. South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint is scheduled to travel to Kansas next week to campaign with Moran in the Kansas City area. 

DeMint is known for his staunch conservative votes and his strong ties with the tea party movement. 

“We are thrilled that a rock solid conservative like Senator Tea Party, Jim DeMint, is coming to Kansas to campaign for Jerry,” said Moran spokesman Dan Conston. “Through fighting for earmark reform and leading the charge against the Obama administration, Jim DeMint has stood up for conservative principles against Washington’s out-of-control spending problem.”
